All registration fees cover selected meals and snacks including
the conference banquet.

They cover selected meals and snacks including dinner on Saturday, July 31,
and the conference banquet.
Breakfast is provided for those staying in the dorms.

The conference is sponsored in part by the
National Science Foundation.
We expect to use some of this support to
reimburse a portion of the School fee to those participants who
are full-time graduate students, as certified by their department
heads or thesis advisors.
In order to get full consideration for reimbursement,
you should register by July 1, 2004.
General call for submissions
You are cordially invited to attend the conference and
to submit a contributed paper for presentation. Due to
the limited number of available slots, the Program
Committee may have to decline some submissions. Please
send one of the Co-Chairs the Local Organizing Committee
(Jong-Shi Pang or
a note before April 1, 2004, indicating if you are interested
in (a) attending the Conference, and/or (b) contributing a
