The conference will take place in the Darrin Communications Center (DCC). Registration will be in the well of the Great Hall on the third floor, just outside room DCC 337. Each lecture room will have one or two projectors for transparencies and an LCD projector. A speaker will be able to connect a laptop to the LCD projector.

This is a Mathematical Programming Society conference. It is a sister conference to IPCO, the Integer Programming and Combinatorial Optimization Conference, and is programmed the year after ISMP, the international symposium on mathematical programming.

It is organized in cooperation with the INFORMS' Optimization Society, the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) and the SIAM Activity Group on Optimization.

The conference is sponsored in part by the National Science Foundation, the Mathematical Programming Society, IBM Research, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
