Registration for GSMMC 2004 is now closed. If you are interested in attending GSMMC 2004 and you would like to be put on a waiting list, then you may still complete the online registration form below. If an openning becomes available, then we will let you know. Otherwise, please visit the home page for GSMMC 2005 and register early for that event. The home page for GSMMC 2005 will become active in the fall 2004.
